This six-month program multiplies the power of time and collective learning to support emerging leaders’ confidence in their ability to tackle challenges where the answer is unknown.
The starting point is awareness
We may start with an assessments, 1-on-1 conversations, or a team facilitation event; to gain an accurate, current perspective
Individual Development
Each participant will work with a coach to create their own individual development goals
Small Group Cohort
Working in small group cohorts, participants build a foundation for team development
Hands on expereince
Participants take turns leading cohort sessions, to gain experience leading in uncharted waters
Co-Created Experience
The participants and the coach co-create the the experience to maximize growth and learning
Elevator Pitch
Participants can articulate why they are right for the next project and why someone would want to work on their team

Like many things in life, the paradox of a cohort is that the more you put into the group, the more you will gain.
The cohort is expected to be a safe space where individuals learn about themselves and how to relate to others to accomplish things collectively.
